I get by with a little help from my friends

Thank you all for your help with the arrival of Ella. Everyone has been a great help with watching our children, helping with meals, and praying for our family.

We are starting to settle into a routine.  The only one who is having a problem with Ella is Seth.  He has been psycho. He also has gone back 6 months in potty training.  I was hoping to have one out of Pull ups before I had another one in diapers. The only place he seems to be good is in the Church nursery.   This is where he always had a meltdown in the past. His best redeeming quality is that he is quick to give a kiss and say that he is sorry in his two year old voice.

Ella was a hit at church.  Everyone wanted to hold her but Tanner did not want to give her up.  Pastor Larry talked about Ella during the prayers of Joy.  Madison and Kaitlyn sang in front of the church.

Thanks Ron for fixing my little explosion problem with the furnace.  It works great now without the bang. Remind me to have you replace the tag on the fire extinguisher.

One more thing, Alea and I had a great laugh yesterday watching Chuck on DVR.  The password to the master remote control was OU812 just like the name on my access point.

    New Camera

Seven years, 13Gb, over 17,000 pictures, we are retiring the 2 mega pixel Sony.  We now have a 7 mega pixel Canon.  Madi gets to keep the Sony for her crazy and sometime scary photo shoots.  The Canon takes great pictures and should be able to keep up with four kids!   Ella is here, all is going well, no more pink.

    Weight

Ella is up to 6lb 14oz today.  That is going in the right direction. We are to keep up the commando feeding for the next few days but she should be out of the woods.

    Ella weight watch 2007

Ella went to the doctor today.  She was 7lb9oz at birth and she is down to 6lb11oz today.  This is a problem.  She needs to stay awake during feeding.  She is not to stay snuggled up in a blanket during feeding and we need to feed her every two hours.  I use the term ‘we’ loosely.  I am just there for support every two hours.   The doc called this commando feeding.  I will keep you up to date.
